Dear all,

Iam doing CA Ipcc and undergoing articleship 2nd year I want to do LLB.Guide me the procedure for joining LLB in distinct education mode.

complete your CA first . join some local law college . you will have to attend lectures

Bar council does not enroll members who have completed LLB through distance mode.

No distance or evening programmes for LLB.Anyway,you can do it.Contact the Law colleges at Bangalore or Tirupati after June 2014.

Law studied through distant education programs will be restricted to academic values alone, for a professional recognition, a regular college course of law study is the only relief, so decide about what is to be done after such studies and pursue your goal accordingly.

Expert Isaac Gabriel sir,
with due regards,a bit differ, regular evening class degree is valid. Delhi University has evening law centers and the degree holders are enrolled by Bar Council as advocates.

There is not such degree of LLB offered through distance mode. secondly when you file application for enrolment to th Bar council a prelimenary enquiry will be conducted if there is any discrepancey in your statements and affidavits and declarations.
