Inheritance of tenancy rights

Hi,
Can smbody ans me the below mentioned query
If B (married)& C (unmarried) are the legal heirs /survivors of A
Will both B & C get equal rights of inheritance of tenancy
Or only C because B is married now

There are various types of tenancy laws , like agriculure tenancy act , rent act etc.
Now type of property and your state law applies
Take for eg. if you are having rooms taken on rent and is governed by Maharashtra rent control act then after death of family head rent receipt and that tenancy is transferred to person who is residing with him . Now if that person is not residing then land lord can take objection , additionally there are various factors by which land lord can evict tenant using that act also . So it is complex matter.

But for simple understanding the rooms on rent act is transferred to family members who are residing with that tenant legally , no outsider

B& C As the the survving daughters of A, first shouold obtain Legal heir certficate from local tehsil Office,..They will inherit their father's tenancy rights,. Once mutations are done in their names they ned topay rioperty tax also on the subject houde property. Their Faher'sr A's rights after his demise in his tenancy to 3rd parties will get trassferred to them and they wilo becme new landord for the tenants who need to pay monthly rent to B& C the landlord's daughters.Or they can terminate the lease and induct into possession new tenants who pay more renta samount without fuss.unless their father Mr.A created a perpetual tenancy.
