FRAUD AT AXIS BANK

My saving account is in axis bank.. one day they all convinced me to take one policy.. that day I take in that policy there is the rule of lockin for five years my amount.. After I sign they deduct my money.. but after that I didn't like policy and there is a rule of cancellation of policy in 15 days of receiving of the bond.. but now already 2 months go away but they didn't give me bond and also not cancelled my policy.. I need my money urgent. . But they didn't tell anything that how can I get my money back. . Please help me

The FLC (Free Look Period ) starts from date of delivery.

Write under proper acknowledgment that policy bond has not been supplied to you.


You may be dazzled when company claims that it has been supplied.

While you write you may narrate all previous representations ; in person/by phone etc...................

If it is ULIP the company shall deduct adverse movement of NAV also in addition to stamp charges, Medical test charges etc................



Better is to proceed further under the expert advise of your own counsel specializing in consumer matters.

Go through the terms and conditions and if the policy can really be cancelled in 15 days and Bank is not doing so in-spite of written / acknowledged receipt, move to consumer forum.
