Document registered without signatures of vendor vendee on the document

(Querist) 01 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sirs,
Kindly enlighten me whether a document without execution of the parties i.e., Vendor and Vendee was registered inadvertently by the Sub-Registrar, is valid in the eyes of law. The parties admitted execution of the document before the Sub-Registrar.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 01 November 2014
If the parties to a deed have not put the signature, it is not executed and registration of a non-executed document can never be treated as a valid one.

signature of vendor and vendee is must for registration of document . if they have not signed the document it would be invalid in eyes of law
