From where we can get the Doctor's licence cancelled? I know a doctor who is doing illegal immigration work and has fraud cases on him.

What is the relation between doctor's profession and immigration? Doctor's license can be cncelled only in the case of a gross negligence in treatment of his patient causing death or irrecoverable diseases directly attributable to his treatment.
You can take up cases of illegal immigration, but not for cancellation of his licence.

Medical Council of India is having the power to investigate take suitable action. They can even suspend / Cancel the license.

MCI is the parent body of Doctors where they owe their allegiance.

It is right that the MCI deals with the professional misconduct of doctors, but it is doubtful it would take any action in illegal immigration case. Inform the police.

Illegality should pertain to medical profession if complaint is desired to be lodged to MCI.

After revisiting the query I find that the allegation is about the illegal immigration work & fraud committed by the Doctor which is not even remotely related to his medical professional conduct which is governed by the MCI.
So, under the above circumstances I opine that Police complaint has to be lodged first which may further be reported to the MCI.

Mr.Ekant Kumar, in what way you are connected with the query? Is there any negligence or dereliction of duty as a Doctor? If you are really concern about the society for his illegal acts, your query should be seeking advice for taking steps. But you started the query with that of recognition of registration as a Doctor.
