Divorce case ongoing for 3 years

I have filed for a divorce in Jan 2011 basis cruelty & dowry.The case took a contested route.Since last 3 yrs I have been loosing on time & money.Does the Indian law not decree a one sided judgment if the intention of the exparty is only to waste time?

No, since your wife is contesting the court can not give a one sided verdict.
Keep patience, it will take time.

Once a case is filed in a court of law, patience becomes nessary as the case hangs fire on account of several reasons.
