Dear sir
I am working in a central public sector unit and belong to st community. Recently our management conducted dpc and dropped 3 sc officers and 1 st officer from Grade 2 to 3 all four fall well within number of vaccines.
Kindly give legal opinion on this pl

Through this O.M., DPE circulated DOPT'S O.M.No.36011/1/98-Estt.(Res.)dated 01.07.1998 Regarding Relaxations and Concessions for SC/STs-Clarification.

The said circular, dated 01.07.1998 is not applicable to DPC. That is applicable for selection of the candidates on the basis of written test with or without interview.
