I am Law Graduate and i am practicing in Taxation,i want to do the Company Secretory Course with Practice as an advocate .can I Do or Not.

No Please.Your Practice Should be Properly discontinued till you Complete the Course.It requires your Presence in Person for Various activities in Course Programmes during the Course.

Legal practice does not bar in acquiring further education. You can do your CS but if you want to work as CS after completion you would have to leave practice.
