If you got married under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 on 4th May, check the marriage certificate, than your marriage is absolutely valid even you a Hindu married with Muslim man. As far your Muslim marriage I will not comment as that seems to me null and void.

AHindu girlkl Marry a Muslim Boy under SMA where they-can go for court marriage and each of the could follow respective religions and customs. So you can practice Hindu religion rituals and customs even after marrying a Muslim boy if you have a court marriage under Special Marriage Act.

she never stated that she was married under SMA.
she converted to Islam and there was Islamic marriage (atleast as appearing from her description).
Now her conversion out of Islam gives opportunity to husband either to divorce her of accept her conversion.
