Construction of tatti (wooden) house on stay property

hi sir

i have my culturable land in which my brother is partner . now i want to do some construction in my part of land. as our land is not legally saperated so he take stay on my share land. can i now build tattis hotel (ie: wooden )over there. plz suggest

Sort out with your brother before venturing any activity,be it thatti or construction.

Yes you can make such structure but do ensure that it does not exceed the area to which your share extends.

as mentioned by you that there is "stay on land". so, without vacation of stay, construction shall not be raise even own 1/2 share.

If construction is raised that it amount to contempt.

If there is a stay in operation, it would be contempt of court, better not to venture into such adventures risking the wrath of court.
