Child custody and visitation rights

My wife has filed 498a and 125 on me. I have 1 year old son. I want to meet him. What will be impact if i apply child custody and visitation rights? In 125 case i had requested judge to meet my son. But judge has rejected by saying that there is no provision in 125.

make application in family court for custody of child / visitation rights . court will award you visitation rights . chances of custody are bleak as your child is only 1 year old .

You can get visiting rights only.
First pay mtn -125-
then ask access in Family court or District court, as applicable to your jurisdictio. GW Act will help

I agree with the experts, a separate application for custody of child with an IA for visitation rights as an interim measure can be filed.
