Other than the version of the other accused, what was the evidence held to be proved against you? Had the other accused presented himself as his own witness?

Dear Sudhir,

I have my own doubts about the reality of the case.

Mr. Gaurav,

Was your lawyer unable to counter the allegation of your friend by cross-examining him effectively?

Also, what is the opinion of your own lawyer on your question, "What should I do now??what happen to my central government job ??Can I take my case to high court, will I win in high court???"

You could well have asked these questions from your own lawyer in the CBI case. If already asked, you could have made a mention of his views on your questions.

The querist has no clue, for the questions raised as he is hiding real facts of the case, just trying to investigate a safe passage from the forum. He must have forgotten that he is dealing with CBI.

Dear Mr Dhingra,

I believe that the case may (or may not) be real. It is possible he is giving imaginary case and it is also possible that he is hiding facts.

First of all his opening sentence is funny "case of bribe running between me and my branch friend against cbi"

the criminal trial is always against the accsued and not not against CBI

Further on one side he is saying that the case is runnign and on other side he is saying that he is convicted. If he is convicted then case is closed.

Sudheerji,

Yesterday itself I was pondering over his narration of the first line.Another flaw he has committed while narrating is that he says civil court convicted him,if he has been caught by the CBI,then the proceedings would be in the CBI court and not the civil court,as the matter relates to criminal offence. Why did civi court
come into picture?
Hence it is better to conclude henceforth.

Contradictory and unrealistic statement in the hypothetical case/query.

It is an academic and hypothetical query deserving no reply or opinion from experts for such imaginary concepts.
