Can notice be send only through type-writer

(Querist) 28 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
I am a student of law, perusing 1 Year. I have seen many times that lawyer send the notice to the opponent on a letter head and typed in a type writer.

My question is:-

Is this mandatory to send notice or any appeal only through type in a type-writer? Can Any Lawyer type on computer and make a print on his/her Letter Head and send to the sender, or any appeal to court.?

PLEASE HELP ME OUT FOR THE CORRECT FORMAT AS WELL.

Dear Avijit,

As a student of law, can you tell me what the lawyer would have done prior to invention of Typewriter? How he might have sent the Legal Notice.

You say that you have seen many times that lawyer send the notice on a letter head and typed in a type writer.

Have not ever seen that such notices being printed through computer printer on letter head?

What sort of a query that you are raising. Don't you have the habit of discussing things amongst your fellow students? Better start discussing such things, that is very good. That will make you wiser and stop you from asking such questions here.

Avijit,
Rightly observed/pointed out by an expert Mr. Anirudh, I agree with him.
Do you feel your query is related to legal preposition to guide and/or advise you by experts on such silly query, which is generally discussed in College Canteen.
Mend and behave.

I agree with expert Mr.Anirudh that you should discuss these things among your pees. As you are a student - innocently asking the query with due excuses to my co-experts I prefer answer your query.
1. Where do you come from? If it is a small town, many advocates are not used to computers and they use their old type-writers in their offices. Hence the notices might type-written on type-writer instead of computerised typed print-out.
This is a very useful website for law students. But this experts portal is meant for free legal aid to needy who cannot afford to rush advocates and pay the fees. Hence before posting a query hereafter, I advise you to take this into mind. You can observe the website, browse through it and observe the answers given by experts so that you can develop your skills. But you should not disburb the system. Hope you will receive this suggestion in positive way. All the best to you.
