Sir,
I want to know that how i can get the mobile location of my wife from june 2015 to august 2015.Because she went herself on 17th Aug without informing me along with all the jewllery and cash amount of 2.5 lacs. We came by train but have I didnt filed any FIR because she told she will come but didnt came. Her father registered the FIR in their local police station on 21st Aug, 2015 of Family violence and dowry. finally matter got settled by providing additional 2.75 lacs. Now i want Decree of divorce and send legal notice through court but they are not receiving. (I have telephonic evidence).

Story does not look to be true. May be an academic query.
Even if true, you have still to file a divorce petition. Notice must have been prepared by your lawyer. So, what is the opinion of your own lawyer on your query?
Further, a question arises, when you settled for additional 2.75 lacs, why did you settle that before her acceptance of notice for mutual divorce..

Police can get. Service providers are not supposed to oblige person other than particular customer having connection.

What ever happened is happened Have a Open heart Discussion with your Wife's Parents with the Help of Senior Members of Both the Families and Try any Possibilities of getting United Or Convince them For Mutual Consent Divorce which could be Completed in 6 month time.Other things like Tracing Mobile etc is Mere Waste of Time and Legally No Use.

Sir,
I have applied for the divorce in Delhi. I have MCD for it but now they are not coming for divorce. Although this happens when my wife took my jewllary and cash amount of 2.5 lack and her father given a complain against diary and family violence on 11sept 2015. I am working in a private company in Delhi. I was not able to attain court there so agreed on MCD. Now I don't want to divorce her and want proper investigation because at that time she was with me in Delhi but they mentioned that she was at my home. Can I say to court I don't want divorce and I agreed for MCD on above version. Can court order to operator mobile location detail of June to Aug 2015. Please suggest me the fight direction and save my life.

Whether MCD filed, if so what is the status?
If she agree for MCD get all the terms agreed with withdrawal of any police complaint, get the MCD final.
