313crpc could court ask from the cross examination?
Vijay Raj Mahajan (Expert) 25 September 2017
313 Cr.P.C is the statement of the accused based on questions put up by the court. Usually its based on charges framed against the accused and evidence precured and used by the prosecution against the accused.
The denial of all charges and prosecution evidence is the way the statement is made and recorded.
The accused in his defence can give statement as well evidence in the form of documents etc. at this stage.
