CAN ANYONE REPORT TO THE POLICE OR HIGHER AUTHORITY ABOUT A CRIME IN SOCIETY ANONYMOUS WITHOUT MENTIONING SENDERS NAME ETC.
HOW CAN WE DO SO?
IS THIS KIND OF COMPLAINT EFFECTIVE?

Yes, it can be informed and the police shall take action, if deemed necessary. However, why to remain anonymous?

Whether effective or not if U feel that the crime committed is so grave it is UR duty to lodge a complaint with the police.
