Sir,

My father owns a property in Bagepalli Sub registrar office which is our home town and we are settled in Bangalore Rajajinagar, can my dad execute Gift deed of that property from Rajajinagar to Bagepalli Sub Registar office.

I got a property through gift deed from my father, who in turn got it through gift deed from his brother & he(father's brother) is staying along with us in the same address from long time, whether he has any authority to cancel the gift deed for any reason.

once gift deed is executed your uncle ceases to have any right , title , interest in property . gift deed cannot be cancelled by donor . he will have to obtain orders from court for setting aside gift deed . only if he is able to prove that gift deed was executed by fraud or coercion would gift deed be set aside .
