Want to know the procedure of caw cell

I am living separately from my husband since 1 year.My husband has harassed me and given me physical and mental torture. Now i want to claim for my child maintenance.I suspect that my husband will not provide me the child maintenance.What should i do so that he can provideme that.

if you simply want to seek maintenance then CAW is not the forum you have to go to court.

CAW will deal with domestic violence matter and will keep him busy.

Why are you presuming so many things. There is no reason how the husband can deny child's maintenance.

File petition under the provisions of PWDVAct and claim therein maintenance for both of you also claim residence right.
