354 d harassment.

Hi,
I'm being charged for harassment under 354 D by my ex wife. I was worried about my son and i didn't see him for the past 1 year. I sent some email messages reminding about the past, which she says its vulgur etc. she hide the messages related to my child and only produced other messages. Also i didn't know that she is married again to some one. How can i get rid of this case and how can i win over her. She just wants to take revenge. I'm in Hyderabad. The details in the FIR are false. Except that i sent an email. They made a story out of that.

Presumably you must have been granted bail in the complaint/FIR case u/s 354D IPC whereby you are stated to have been charged through an able, intelligent and prudent lawyer.

You have no option but to contest the complaint/FIR case whereby you are stated to have already been charged and proceedings are in progress.

What are the terms of divorce qua custody/visitation right of your son?

Did you ask the question/query to your lawyer? If so, what is his opinion and advise?

Did you loose faith in him? If so, change him/her immediately otherwise follow his/her guidance.
