Andhra Pradesh High Court Issues Guidelines For Prompt Transmission Of Bail Orders

In the case of Korra Bhaskara Rao vs. The State of Andhra Pradesh, the accused was granted bail under he Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The delay that was caused in issuing certified copies of the orders was sincerely noted by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. It was concluded that this was because of the staff shortage.
