Jharkhand govt. seeks Rs.1.13 Lakh Crores from Finance Commission.

In a meeting with finance commission chairman Vijay Kelkar , jharkhand CM demanded Rs1.13 lakh crores as central assistance from the commission for the period April 2010 to March 2015.
