It is good that disposal of cases has started. But it is not sufficient and needs to be full proof. Complaints should be verified and action taken on almost all. A lot of corruption is taking place in Dy. Commissioners offices. I have also faced one , as my Agriculture land in South WEST in my possession for more than 28 years and which was registered in my name as owner was found to be under Gram Sabha by thr concerned Authorities for no reason . As my land is precious so I am being compelled to sell it or part with it as they have transferred to Gram Sabha with intentional Fraud and tampering with records. I do not understand where and how to proceed with the complaint and the case as I am in US after the Death of my mother for about two months and others who have constructed have been left out as they pay bribe and I continued it to maintain as Agriculture the small plot less than 1000 Sq. Yds presently valued as per MKT in Crores. Will someone look into it suo motto A lot of corruption, tampering and harrassment is going on in Delhi what to say of Mumbai where Adarsh Society and other cases are coming up. Will some one or CVC office give me the Residential and office address and name of CVC to make a formal complaint at least from here through e-mail. Dr. Parvin K Mutreja
