Shri Anil Goswami, IAS (JK:78), has taken over as the new Secretary in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment here today. He will also hold the additional charge of the Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, till further orders. Prior to this, Shri Anil Goswami was Special Secretary (Foreigners) in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Shri Goswami replaces Shri K.M. Acharya, IAS (MP:74), who has superannuated on 30.6.12.

sir , every thing is alright. i appreciate the all efforts taken by indian govt for disables. but all benefits given by govt is in papers only not in reality. A disable couple buy a fully automatic A star car by cash . but company not ready to give them the benefits on the purchasing on a car . they dnt want to show the circular send by the indian govt to them. in this case what they do. can u help please in this regard. thanks ranjit
