Job Responsibilities::
•Drafting/vetting of commercial contracts and providing legal support to Business SBUs
•Vetting bank loan documents and security documents.
•Advice user departments on various legal requirements/compliances.
•Overseeing statutory compliance of various statutes by the operating units/SBUs
•Tracking changes in applicable laws and providing regular updates to Business SBUs.
•Filing of civil suits for recoveries / cheque dishonour cases.
