Required suitable candidate for one of the Top IT Companies
Location: Chennai/Bangalore
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and redlining contracts (like MSAs, NDAs, LoIs, RFPs, Teaming, Subcontractor Agreements, etc.)
- Negotiating contracts with clients, partners and vendors until the point of successful execution and closure
- Reviewing contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
- Negotiating contracts with clients, partners and vendors until the point of successful execution and closure
- Coordinating with various internal teams and advising business teams
- Assisting business units in analyzing tender documents and the legal ramifications involved
Requirement:
- Candidates with a foreign LLM (preferably US/UK)
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent contract review/ redlining skills
- Exceptional grasp of contractual law of cross-national jurisdictions, including drafting
