Hello,
Act says that "A decision has now been taken to hand over these lands after recovery to original assignees or to their legal heirs if they are no more"
My query is : Does a Govt. land assigned to a political sufferer comes under this act?
Generally, as per my knowledge govt assign lands to Poor, Ex-servicemen and political sufferers(who fought for freedom).
All the three comes under assigned land act?
