Hello friends,
I worked in my previous company for 9 yrs. I completed all releaving formalities including PF withdrawal form. But after 5 yesrs till date I am not able to get the PF amount. I sent PF withdrawal forms to HR of that company multiple time. Did many follow up on email and phone calls . Requests are Not working out.
Any legal actions suggested against employer? or any other way to withdraw or transfer without employer help.
I tried online transfer but that company has not registered data online so that option is also blocked.
