Recently, we have tried to purchase property. In the sale deed the survey number was mentioned as 391-1.But, as per revenue records the survey number is not sub divided and total extent in survey number under same 391 only. Sale deed was mentioned wrongly with sub division number. The link documentat also mentioned with out sub division number. How can we purchase this property? Is there any legal problems in future?
Let the owner rectify the s no and then afterwards purchase.
