The Mutual consent divorce case is in initial stage and pending in family court and wife's sister is trying to search a second person to marry wife on matrimonial website.Wife's sister has mentioned wife as "Divorcee" on matrimonial website although divorce is not granted and wife's marital status is still "married".Can husband put allegations to wife's sister for creating fake marital status and searching for a person for marriage though the case is pending?

What the husband would gain in putting allegations against wife's sister? If its a MCD proceedings then the husband also wants divorce so, what is the harm if the family of the wife is searching prospective grooms for her? Are they marrying her off before obtaining the divorce decree? No offence is made out in this case unless the wife actually remarries before the completion of the divorce proceedings by representing herself a divorcee.

the matrimonial sites does not provide any section like divorce case is pending and you or her sister is concerned for her better life after she gets divorce
and if she has filled without the divorce and said only unmarried then you had a fair chance as evidence but in your case both agreed for mutual divorce if you point out any such acts you wont get mutual divorce as per scheudled because this is the only divorce which will ge getting within less then 8 months
