I was selected for the post of Inspector - Central Excise in Central Board of Excise and Customs. There are many zones in India among which one is allocated to each candidates according to merit-cum-preference. They made some errors in the list and when we send representation to them they are not accepting that any error are there in the list and mentioning that re allocation of zones cannot be done on request of candidates. In this case we (2 other selected candidates) want legal help. Kindly help us that where and how to apply for legal help in this matter.

Re-allocation of zones was also done last year because there were errores/discrepancies in last year allocation list. But this year Under Secretary (CBEC) is rejecting all our representations.
