Writ of certiorari under article 226

Why did n ot you made administrative complaint to releated vigilance judge in high court with copy to CJ for that court ?It would serve same purpose. You could attach copy of judgement highlighting the paras of objeciton and your points.

One can always go in appeal/revision as per demand of case/stage

you never given any suggestion or idea to me why you are in such defending mode when I write some thing aganist the judge , I request you to please dont respond to my queries , please allow others to respond to my queries , please note I have attached my  draft copy in this forum , I never did this in my earlier case .If you have any legal knowledge go through my attachment and respond to that , till now you never given any suggestion to me , please allow others to answer me.

Firstly, I take a strong objection to your harsh reply and rude behavior with the expert and senior learned advocate respected Mr. Sainath Devalla.  The fact is that many members of this forum have benefited in the past, present and many more will be benefited in the future too with his selfless social service by sharing his knowledge and expertise opinions to the queries raised by members in this forum as well as in the experts section. To me he is a guru, guide and an elderly brethren with brimming legal knowledge, kindly restrict your temperament and have a control over your language as well as your behavior with senior lawyers like him.  

I shall give my opinion and reply to your query in my subsequent post since for the present I am running short of time.

In all UR previous queries U have been sufficiently adviced and suggested by all the legal experts even though the subject has been the same.Time and again U R posting the same query in a different thread and demanding replies from the legal experts.Sympathies don't exist here.My participation ends here,unless provoked by the querist.

one more thing  he never given any support  to me instead he supports the legal officials , 

LAWYERS CLUB of India is for people like me not for Judicial officials.

I raised many queries earlier not even a single query he responds well to me , For you he may be the Guru but for me he never guided correctly .

May be you are having + ve openion , I am having -ve openion .

Different people have diffent openions , its India and its a Democritic Country, openions will not equal all the time  .

Check each one of Ur previous posts,except the last one,in each one of ur previous queries U have received sufficient input from the legal experts,U are not satisfied,U keep on posting the same subject.U may have faced problems with the courts,but it proves the inefficiency of UR lawyer in not defending U properly.I am not disputing the fact that the judge could have been biased,for reasons unknown.Each and every paragraph of Ur attachment has been replied well by the legal experts.in UR earlier posts on the same subject i too have given U ample suggestions including definitions.Is it not testing the legal experts,is it not wasting the time.Every new needy query will certainly replied by the legal experts,but not a query which keeps on repeating.

It is likely that this guy might hve irriteted the Judge too despite warnings. Instead of giving proper argument when we act hostile , the person opposite to use may get irritated.

As suggested earlier  you cna file administrative complaint against the jusge to Vigilence or administrative judge incharge of your distirct courts in high court  and you can also appeal againt the judgment where your interest will surely be taken care of by further judicial scrutiny. What is to discuss on this forum? I suggest experts to kindly close this discussion and not waste their valuable time on frivolous queries

My friend Faced the same problem , we filed complaint in the High court of AP  in the month of July till now there is no action taken aganist the judge in Guntur  and we dont know what is the status , So my concern here is I want the justice at the earliest as I have alreay spend 4 long years in the lower court , if you are in similar position you can able to know how painful it is , anyways  thanks for your suggestion.

At the first instance file a complaint against the judge who was baised according to U in delivering the judgement .Put in efforts,wait and see the outcome with patience.I know an aggrieved man is always dejected and frustrated,but it should not be shown on a public platform.Act as adviced by the other experts.
