Is it possible or acceptable in the LAW that a Gezzeted Officer/Proceeding Officer passes decision or court order for the appeal/application on Holiday or any Sunday which is non-working day as per Govt Rules. I understand that officers are 24hrs executives and do their job/duty even after working hours and some time sunday/holiday's. Whereas the office who is responsible to issue order/court order/forum decision, can they prounce and order on Holiday? Please let me know if any citation available. Thanks
