hi,my father is adopted by his sister,in 1941 when her husband died.she has 3 daughters maried in 1943. my father sold land and arranged marriages of 3 daughter( sisters) and again purchased land in another city.can my fathers sister claim share in land

sir. my fathers sister(a) was living in village with her husband(c).mr c filed a case in court for partition agaibst his brother(d ).c lost the case and died. (a) was having only 3 daughter (suma.rekha.meena .)no son.hence lawyer advised (a) to adopt child.for appealing in higher court.so (a) adopted (b)my father)in 1942 .later on my father won the case ,he got 5 acre land.tgen my father(b)sold 5 acre land and purshed 10 acre land in other villege.now ,three daughters(suma.rekha,meena married in the year 1945)asking for share in 10 acre land.what is the provisions.pl advise me.

first of all, adoption of your father might be in question.
