Withdrawal of the case

The supplier filed a lawsuit for a check bounce case under Section 138 of the NI Act, and he named the whole board of directors, the CFO, and the CS as parties.We have just paid the balance owed.What is the process for withdrawing the case without the supplier's assistance? In addition, we advise that the entire board of directors must sign the vakalat in order to drop the case.
