my maternal grandfather has 3 acres wast land in tamilnadu. My grandfather expierd before two months. my grandfather write a will to me. he is my mothers father. he has two daughter my mother and her sister. he write his total property belonging to myself. It is a HUF property. But he didn't mention any percentage. but both of us has legal share. Can i occupy the whole property? if they approch the court how much should i give to her. my grand mother also alive. as per will my grad ma can get rent from that for her life until she dies (there was rented building in that land. ). but she could not sell any property.
I had a sister too. should she had any partition in that share( my mother in alive). how much share can i, my mother, step mother and my sister get.
