will is applicable only to the properties which aere legally owned and possesssed by the testator in any part of india subject to the descripttion of properties mentioend in the will

yes of course but in the natural flow things pls do mention in the will as to why the will is in favour (genral cast of any indian) and why the person ,aking will has left his heirs
