Wife death at the time of her cross u/s 498a, 406 and 34ipc

Dear Madam/Sir, My ex-wife filed complain case U/s 498A, 406 and 34 Cr.Pc.Before charge her and other witness statement was recorded and we asked few question. Charges have been already framed. Her cross examination after charge had been started but not yet completed and all other witness cross examination not yet started. I also got the ex-part divorce from her and got second marriage.Unfortunately she done sucide.Request you to answer my following question. 1. Is complain case U/s 498A, 406 and 34Cr.pc. will be continue?? 2. If answer of above question is Yes, My wife statement will be considerd in the above said case 3. If answer of question No. 1 is Yes, we have to cross examine other witness on the next date. Please also suggest my In-laws can file other criminal case related to dowry Thanks and Regards, Prakash
