widow pansion after remarriage

what happen when a widow remarriage with a another man last 2 years and she will taking all pension from her first husband who is dead sins 2 years
Is it legal or not to taking pension from her first husband who is dead although she will remarried...

The question of whether the widow pension can be availed by remarriage has been a question which has been going on for a long time and it can only be understood through a series of case laws. A widow is eligible for a pension after remarriage in the case of family pension but not in the case of widow pension.
