why temples be exempted

retd personal

I read a news item today in Times of India, hyderabad edition that a city court has delivered a ruling in favour of some temple trust exempting disclosure sought by a RTI Activist. This is the last nail required to put the RTI Act into its coffin. It will be misused now by each and every DOLLAR SHESHADRIES od all the temples and other places of worships blocking right to info about the financial mismanagements in the places of worships.

I do not know how other RTI Activists are reacting to this issue .

Precedents are set and followed only upon orders delivered by High Court or Supreme Court. Any local city court's order does not make any binding order on any other court.

Can that City Magistrate be hanged for the ill-intended order? If yes by whom or the YOURLORDSHEEPS  are themselves beyond the laws of the land.
