I request your valuable clarifications o the following query.
A woman got allotted residential site measuring 1000 sq.ft at Devarachikkanahalli of Bangalore through Hakku Patra issued by Block Development Officer, Bangalore South Taluk on 24-03-1981 with a condition that the allottee should not sell the site for a period of 25 years which is over. Now, can she sell the site to any intending buyer? Whether the said buyer can get the valid and clear title?
