Hon'ble H.C.Patna has given direction in writ no 4216/96 to state government to provide rent free quarter and house rent shall be reimburshed above Rs 450 but govt did not follow the same . neither that writ order is challenged in higher court nor any specific notification regarding hon'bl court's order.
whether we should deduct the house rent received from the govt.?
