When will summons reach?

Dear Querist

it's depend on filing PF/RC before the court and court issue the summons or not yet, the summon send by registered post or speed post or by process server?

Thank you for the response.Is there anyway to know the details from the court in hyderabad?

It depends on:

1.  Party local, means by hand issue through amin[clerk].

2.  Party in nearby town means, issue through local police station, they in turn contact party's local police station, and summons will be served.

3.  If party not at place, until the time and date when then party is at home, police or amin will keep going to give summons.

4.  Worst case, judge will issue of tom tom, with loudspeaker they go on the streets calling party name, that court has issued summons and to accept it.
