One of my friend arrested by GRP POLICE of Bathinda. He was travelling through the train and police caught him with 680 tablet of TRAMADOL HYDROCHIORIDE . Police charges a NDPS( Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic substances) ACT 1885 SECTION 22.
He was arrested on 5 may 2019 . Anyone please help me and tell me when i apply for a bail.
