After 7 and half year's of our marriage life, I came to know that my wife is mental patient. I check up her to different Psychiatrist and neurologist. After a series of test CT scan, Blood test etc. doctors prescribed for "psychometric iq test". Test report show the she is "mental retardation", IQ level 63% (extremely low, suicidal tendencies, aggression and assaultiveness. Attempted Suicide 3 times during this marriage live with any solid cause.
Few days ago her mother took her with our 6 years old Daughter to her own home, I mean paternal home. After that I discovered that my wife also take all jewelleries with her at the time she was left matrimonial home.
I already tell her to come back with daughter but she deny to return every time. My wife and Her mother threatened me to go police, party office etc. Already go our local "Party Office" with false allegation but not proved anything against me.
Now let me know what to Do, Ican I file RCR ? and after RCR can I apply Temporary Child custody as wife is mentally unstable.
