Pls suggest me that what should i do in my case?
Wife filed divorce uu/s 13 1 ia .
I filed my WS & claimed for restitution along with that. Having 1 yrs old son in her custody.
Wife filed HMA 24 Got rejected for her & granted 10 k for son (order in Aug'13)
since family court not considered my loan liabilities & i think 10 k is high amount is very high for 1 yr child.
i have challenged the order in high court. But matter is not comming on board since last 3 months in high court.
i have not paid maintenance till date . In family court on last date wife filed application for striking off my defence due to not complying with order .
In high court my matter is not comming on board & in family court wife filed this application.
So in such case what should i do to avoid striking off my defence/
pls advose?
