Need advice.
I passed LLB in First Class from Pune university.
Currently working in Technology but started handling Techno-legal work like opensource, software patents(for US) etc.
I want to register @ Bar Council, but want to continue in job.
Is it possible if I register @ bar council, clear BC exam, and cancel registration till I am in job? Once I get real techno-legal experience, I would like to start advocacy by re-registring again. Is it possible?
Please let me know.
