What is the status of awaiting warrant

After completing first date for councler hearing at Divorce case filed by by wife online status is showing as follows..

Please let me know what is the meaning of this.

AWAITING WARRANT:-

After issuance of warrant, till the receipt of report about its service, matter is kept awaiting warrant.

Thanks but what does this means.

Is court is gone server warrant against respondent or counceler report has to be yet to come so status is showing that way.
