Dear All,
A (mother-in-law) made complaint against the B (daughter-in-law) before police. Police filed closure report stating that complaint is false and aslo stated that Z (son of mother-in-law) was part of some incidents related to B.
The complaint of A do not ask for any action or investigaton between the matters of Z and B whereas the police has done this to say that the complaint agsint the B is because to take revenge against B.
Now the aleged incidents in the closure report are not belongs to the A and A cannot defend them and only either Z or the B can defend those allegations and B will not because B is accused and the report is favor to B to escape from case.
Question:
Can Z (son of mother-in-law) file criminal case against the police stating that the alleged allegations made by the police are false?
The incidents that are part of the closure report are not known to A hence A can not defend the allegations and only Z can defend them but Z is not the party in the compliant made by A.
Please advice me.
