My case is ongoing in CAW Cell. On the second meeting IO gave istridhan list to me and a letter gives to my wife to fill all the details are required in letter and take back with on next date.
My wife didn't come on next date and IO gives me the next date. Now i want to know that
1. What should i do the istridhan list ?
2. What type of letter given to my wife and what the details to be filled in ? ( Meri Wife ko ek letter diya gaya hai us par suchan patra likha hua tha or agli date par jab aao to usse bhar kar sath lane ko bola gaya tha. main ye janna chahta hu ki is letter me kya details bharni hoti hai ? )
3. What happen if my wife got failed to provide the necessary information which is required to be filled in the letter ? ( Jo suchna patra meri wife ko bhar kar lane ko diya gaya tha agar wo usse bhar nhi pati hai to kya hoga ? )
