We have a property of 500 Sq ft of plot in my father name.. .,we have only registration documents , we didnt do PATTA, we bought it before 8 years back...We bought from 2 people, but they dont have also PATTA,. but the first person who bought to these 2 people, now his family memebers are disturbing us.. they told that """ the land is their own it self,we didnt buy to any one.""..
Actually the first person gave gift to her sister, they dont have any documents before 30 years back, her family sold to one person ,they dont have PATTA,its contineously come to us, As per EC records the land is name by my father.... now what will we do.... Those persons are now Sirpanch in that village...
they told that we dodnt sell to any one...this land is ours, you will go any where, will do any thing...
Iam waiting for your solutions, pls send the solutions asap...
